3. Software and upgrades

If the automatic plastic cup making machine runs with software, the software should be updated regularly to keep it up to date. New versions usually contain performance improvements and bug fixes, which help improve production efficiency and product quality.

 

4. Professional maintenance

Learn to identify and solve common problems such as irregular molding, inconsistent output, or material blockage. If you encounter problems that are difficult to solve, you should contact the manufacturer's technical support or certified technicians for repairs in time.

 

5. Operation precautions

During operation, strictly abide by the operating procedures and safety specifications to ensure safety during production.
Avoid using inferior recycled materials containing metal impurities or sand to avoid damaging the machine.
In abnormal situations such as sudden power outages, the power supply should be cut off and certain operations should be stopped. Subsequent work can only be carried out after normal operation is restored.
