We are a factory, and well known manufacture of vacuum forming machine for over 20 years in China.

We have passed the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System and CE certificate and we have a special QC department in charge of products' quality.

One year's quality warranty. Damage of parts(artificial damage not include) will be replace free of charge within one year.Provide life-long maintenance to customers. Only charge cost price of material and traffic cost.

We are the manufacturer of making extruder,thermoforming machine and vacuum forming machine for all kinds of plastic products, like plastic cups,bowls,trays with more than 20 years experience.

After all machines are delivered to customer’s factory; Seller will send one engineer to the buyer’s location for installation, commissioning, and training for 15 days. The buyer shall pay for the salary, round-trip tickets, visa application expense, （including round-trip tickets for visa）, food and hotel (with internet available),security, traffic at buyer’s site. The salary is USD100/Day (7hours) for this engineer (From the date of our departure to return to my company).

12 months warranty since the date of  bill of loading.

The seller should be responsible for providing the exchange of new spare parts (buyer pays the postage cost) if the spare part damage during the guarantee period.

The seller shall not be responsible for the damages caused by accidents, neglect, improper operation or other abnormal conditions due to uncontrollable circumstances during the guarantee period. However, the seller should provide paid repair.

Shipping Cost:  Negotiate with supplier about shipping cost and estimated delivery time.

Delivery time: 60 working days.

We can use the customer designated freight forwarder. If not, we can recommend the forwarder or directly use the forwarder we have cooperated with for a long time.

According to the different models and machine parts, we will use wooden cases or wrapped films to ensure that the machine will not be damaged during long-distance transportation.

According to the different countries and regions where the customer's factory is located, we will send it to the customer by sea, truck, train or air according to the customer's requirements.
